John founded BBCG in 2000 with one simple goal: to provide multi-family developers and owners with knowledgeable representation of technology and the negotiation of cable, satellite, broadband internet, cellular tower/roof top leases and telephone services for their properties. Prior to founding BBCG, John worked at the executive level in the telecom industry for 11 years, most notably AT&T. A total of 30 years of executive level expertise that touches virtually every aspect of the telecom technology. His combination of high-level contacts with the nation’s largest cable, satellite, phone, cellular, and internet companies, technological, legal, and regulatory expertise consistently delivers for our large client base. During the last 20 years, and through referrals only, John has grown BBCG to the one of the largest technology, profit, and legal advisor in the country representing over 1 million multifamily units. BBCG represents very large developers like Trammel Crow and Wood Partners, as well as very large ownership/management companies like Livcor, Lincoln Property Management, BH Management, Cortland, and many others. A native of Florida, John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.
Jenn assists all BBCG clients with amazing response times on any and all service requests. Jenn is client oriented to achieve maximum results for our clients. Having been in property management and leasing and with over 20 years of expertise in the multi-family housing industry including administrative, leasing, management and corporate experience, Jenn specializes in community and market performance, analytics, customer focus and service. In her first year with BBCG, Jenn was promoted to Executive Director of Operations and a true asset to our firm.
Anthony Casareale has closed transactions for real estate owners, developers, private equity firms and investment banks in Florida, New York and throughout the United States. Mr. Casareale has extensive experience representing owners in a broad range of leasing and asset management, telecommunication, and public and private easement matters in Florida and nationally. He has consummated office, retail and industrial leases affecting over 8 million square feet of space. He has advised clients on leases ranging from 1,000 square feet to over 200,000 square feet, some involving Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Casareale routinely handles telecommunications agreements involving cell towers, rooftop licenses, Distribution Antenna Systems (DAS), internet and cable distribution and marketing with the major carriers. Mr. Casareale was a Partner with Pircher Nichols & Meeks and Windels Marx in New York and Akerman in Miami. Mr. Casareale is a graduate of Fordham University, summa cum laude, and New York University School of Law. Professional and Community Involvement:
Tim oversees our Business Services Department and specializes in, contract negotiations, low voltage designs, commercial account activation, contract audits and sales. Prior to joining BBCG, he spent 6 years as an Account Manager for T-Mobile, one of the world’s largest wireless communications providers. He advanced quickly, and it was not long before he had gained national recognition within the organization for his role and contributions. In 2017, Tim’s experience in the communications and technology field allowed him to grow his career further and join the BBCG team. He has established business relationships with telecom provider representatives to lay the groundwork for efficient commercial account installations and effective contract negotiations. A U.S. Army Veteran, Tim served with the 3rd Special Forces Group, where he was deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
A native from Rochester, N.Y., Tim has spent over 40 years in the telecom cable, phone, and internet industry. Tim joined BBCG in 2022 after spending the last 20 years working for Comcast. As a Division Vice President for Multi-Family Housing Comcast based in Atlanta, Tim was responsible for overseeing a team of 80 Account Executives responsible for maintaining contractual relations with MDU Owners, HOAs and Management Companies on legal, profit, and technology.
With over 15 years in the telecom cable, phone, and internet industry, Travis joined BBCG in 2021 after spending the previous 14 years with Charter Communication and Dish Network. While with Charter Communications and Dish Network, Travis successfully negotiated telecom agreements with multifamily developers, owners, management companies, and consultants. He was always one of the highest performing Account Executives securing over 200,000 units for both bulk and revenue sharing agreements, while maintaining successful customer relationships. During his tenure at Dish Network, Travis was on the founding sales team for DISH Fiber, a fully managed WiFi solution for the multifamily world. Moving to North Georgia at a young age, Travis graduated from North Georgia College in 1996 with a BA Degree in Business Administration, with a management major and marketing minor. Post-graduation, Travis spent time working for a residential land development company. Travis still resides on North Georgia with his wife and two children. BBCG is honored to have Travis’ industry expertise, competitive knowledge, and focus on customer relationships. We welcome Travis to the team as he is an incredible strong an asset for BBCG’s valued clients.
Daylon specializes in the successful negotiations of cable, internet, and telephone contracts for BBCG’s clients. Areas of responsibility included providing support and coordination between BBCG’s clients and the telecom provider operations, construction, engineering, marketing, and customer service departments. Prior to joining BBCG in 2000, Daylon headed the Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) and Commercial Development Department for Comcast in Orlando, FL. He consistently won apartment complex opportunities in competitive environments, as Comcast competed with local franchise cable companies, local exchange carriers, and multiple private operators. His industry background includes Sales and Management positions with franchised multi-video service providers, private cable operators, local exchange carriers, and competitive local exchange carriers. Daylon has industry insider knowledge and he is focused on MDUs, Planned Communities, Lodging, and Small Commercial Business environment. He has successfully established new long-term industry relationships that have resulted in significant ancillary income opportunities for our client’s portfolios. Daylon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
David is the newest member of the BBCG team. Joining in 2018 Dave bringing years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, Consulting and Operations Logistics. After a successful career spanning 23 years in wholesale distribution Industry that included sales and contract negotiations he entered the Telecommunications industry with BellSouth in 1998. The experience he received with BellSouth led him to a consulting position with a BBS partner. In 2002 he joined the MDU team at Time Warner Cable which became Bright House Networks in 2003. During the next 8 years he was a leading Account Executive honing his negotiating skills and building relationships with MDU developers and Management companies. From 2011 he spent the next 5 years as the Sales Manager in the Central Florida market and in 2016 was promoted to the Director of Spectrum Community Solution for the Florida Space Coast. David has an Associate degree from Valencia Community College.
Carlos del Castillo joins the BBCG team with forty years of managerial experience in the telecommunications industry both domestically and internationally. Since 2007 he was the Area Vice President of Field Operations for Bright House Networks and then Charter Communications. His responsibilities included Residential, Small Business and Enterprise customer installation and service as well as construction and maintenance of existing plant. He has held a variety of positions at other companies including BellSouth Entertainment, now AT&T, KBLCOM, United International Holdings, ATC and Cox Cable. He earned both his MBA and BBA at Loyola University in New Orleans. Carlos has been married to Catherine for forty two years. They have three grown children.
