John Russo

John founded BBCG in 2000 with one simple goal: to provide multi-family developers and owners with knowledgeable representation of technology and the negotiation of cable, gigabit fiber internet, broadband internet, cellular tower/roof top leases and telephone services for their properties. Prior to founding BBCG, John worked at the executive level in the telecom industry for 11 years, most notably AT&T. A total of 30 years of executive level expertise that touches virtually every aspect of the telecom technology. His combination of high-level contacts with the nation’s largest cable, gigabit fiber internet, phone, cellular, and internet companies, technological, legal, and regulatory expertise consistently delivers for our large client base. During the last 24 years, and through referrals only, John has grown BBCG to the one of the largest technology, profit, and legal advisor in the country representing over 1 million multifamily units. BBCG represents very large developers like Trammel Crow and Wood Partners, as well as very large ownership/management companies like Livcor, Lincoln Property Management, BH Management, Cortland, and many others. A native of Florida, John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.
